    Day 1 : ARRIVE DELHI

    Day 2 : DELHI

    Breakfast at hotel Later city sightseeing of Old and New Delhi Visit the 7 th city of Delhi, Shahjahanabad (Old Delhi), built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan (1639-48 AD) after he shifted his capital from Agra to Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat on the banks of the river Yamuna, Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial, where he was cremated following his assassination in January 1948. An eternal flame burns 24 hours. Later proceed for New Delhi. Visit the mausoleum of emperor Humayun - a forerunner of the Mughal style of architecture. Drive past the India Gate (war memorial dedicated to the lives of laid down by the Indian soldiers), the president's residence - formerly the Viceroy's Palace, parliament House and the Secretariat buildings, - an interesting blend of the Victorian and 20th century architecture.     Morning after breakfast take a sightseeing tour of the city visiting Golden Temple to pay your reverence to Guru Granth Sahib, followed by visit Jalianwalla Baugh- Martyrs’ Memorial built in the shape of eternal flame of liberty is situated on the outskirts of Golden Temple. Here about 1500 and 2000 persons who were attending a peaceful meeting during the freedom movement fell under the bullets of the British General Dyer on 13 April 1919. Dalai, Tsuglagkhang or Central Chapel, is the exiled government's equivalent of the Jokhang Temple in Lahaska and as such in the most important Buddhist monument in McLeod Ganj.     Day 9 : MANALI - SHIMLA by surface 260 kms / 7-8 hrs

    Breakfast at hotel After breakfast check out and drive to Shimla, on the way you can glance scenic spots like Pandoh Dam, Mandi, Beas River, and Dashehra Maidan.     Breakfast at hotel After breakfast depart for the winter sports capital - Kufri 16 kms, where you can photograph yourself in Pahari or Himachal outfit, available on hire. You can also enjoy horse riding or Yak riding. (On own your own) Afternoon proceed to Naldhera, which is famous for its Golf Course & scenic beauty. On a clear day you can also view the Kailash Ranges. Later visit the famous Mall Road that still has some building built in the British Style. Evening will be at your leisure.
