    Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu by flight

    Arrival at KTM airport. Meet, assist and transfer to hotel. HOTEL CHECK-IN 12 NOON ONWARDS. Kathmandu is unique and fascinating capital of Nepal, a deeply spiritual land isolated by the high Himalayas. Check in and rest of the day free. Overnight at hotel

    Day 2 : In Kathmandu

    Morning: Kathmandu sightseeing tour visiting the Durbar square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati temple, Machhender Bahl- Holy place for the Buddhists and Hindus, temple house of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess. Walk around the local bazaars. Later visit Swayambunath stupa, a Buddhist shrine believed to be more than 2000 yrs. old on the hillock of western part of Kathmandu. Afternoon: Visit Patan also known as Lalitpur, is the city of fine arts. The city is enclosed within 4 stupas. These stupas were said to have been built in the 3rd century AD by Emperor Ashoka of India. Highlights: Durbar Square, the Patan Old City palace with a bronze collection, the Krishna Mandir built by King Siddhi Narasingh Malla. Overnight at hotel

    Day 3 : In Kathmandu

    Morning: Drive to Changu Narayan temple, one of the oldest temples dedicated of Lord Vishnu. It is also UNESCO heritage site. Later visit Bhaktapur (Bhadgaon). Bhaktapur means: "The city of devotees". Bhadgaon was founded in the 9th century and is shaped like a conch shell. Highlights: Durbar square the palace with 55 windows, Nyatapola temple, pottery square. It is also known as open museum. Late after drive back to Kathmandu. Afternoon: Special Interest Program in the hotel or some outside venue. Overnight at hotel

    Day 4 : In Kathmandu

    Morning: Visit of Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Boudhanath has all seeing eyes of Buddha and believed to be built by King Mandeva. Also visit Pashupatinath, famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Hindus cremate the dead body in the bank of Bagmati River which can be witnessed here. Entrance inside the temple is only for Hindus. Overnight at hotel

    Day 5 : Kathmandu – Chitwan (Approx. 185 Kms / 5.5 hrs.)

    After breakfast drive to Chitwan (185 km / 5.5 hrs). Check in to Lodge. Lunch upon arrival. Proceed for Jeep drive in the National park in search of Rhino and other wildlife. Overnight at hotel

    Day 6 : Chitwan

    Early morning elephant back Safari in community forest. Later Afternoon, visit an ethnic Tharus Village on Ox Cart. The surrounding farmland and villages has a pulse of its own, giving it a sense of timelessness.. Overnight at hotel

    Day 7 : Chitwan - Lumbini (Approx. 185 Kms / 4 hrs.)

    After breakfast drive to Lumbini ((185 km / 4 hrs). Check in to hotel in Bhairawa. Proceed for the visit of Lumbini Garden. Siddhartha Gautama, the Lord Buddha, was born in 623 B.C. in the famous gardens of Lumbini, which became a place of pilgrimage. Overnight at hotel

    Day 8 : Lumbini – Tansen (Approx. 85 Kms / 3 hrs.)

    Morning: Visit of Lumbini Garden then drive to Tansen (85 km / 3 hrs). Tansen is a small ancient hill town situated 4300 meters above sea level. It is located on the way from Pokhara to Lumbini. Major attractions here are the ancient culture, excellent mountain views, serene atmosphere and friendly people. Overnight at hotel

    Day 9 : In Tansen

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning Sightseeing in Sri Nagar including Tansen bazaar and Srinagar Danda. Overnight at hotel

    Day 10 : Tansen – Pokhara (Approx. 120 Kms / 4 hrs.)

    Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to Pokhara (120 km / 4 hrs). Pokhara valley is known as a gateway to Annapurna Trekking. Overnight at hotel

    Day 11 : In Pokhara

    Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Begnas Lake and hiking around the Lakeside. Later sightseeing of Pokhara visiting Davi’s falls, Tibetan camp and local market and Boating on Fewa Lake. Overnight at hotel

    Day 12 : Pokhara - Kathmandu (Approx. 200 Kms / 6 hrs.)

    Breakfast at the hotel. Moring drive back to Kathmandu (200 km / 6 hrs). Rest of the day free. Overnight at hotel

    Day 13 : In Kathmandu

    Breakfast at the hotel. Day free for leisure & own activities (No transport or guide envisaged on this day)

    Day 14 : Leave Kathmandu

    HOTEL CHECK-OUT TIME 1100 HRS. In time transfer to Kathmandu airport to connect flight for onward destination.
