breakfast: visit Nepal Agriculture Research Council (NARC) www.narc.org.nplocated in Khumaltar in the southern part of the valley. Interaction with the officials and experts on the Agricultural practices in Nepal. Also visit a typical Newari farmers village Pyang Gaonwhich is only 7 km away from Patan but the lifestyle is still very traditional. Afternoon : visit of Patan , the city of fine art. Visit Durbar square, Golden temple, Patan museum and the house of Kumari temple with a special visit ( subject to prior appointment). Also possible to visit Traditional Metal artisans workshops. Overnight at hotel

After breakfast:visit an organic coffee farm in Kavre near Dhulikhel (40 km / 1.5 hrs). Visit farm and interact with the farmer who exports coffee Japan, Korea, Germany and USA. Back to Dhulikhel for Lunch. Visit of the village and see traditional way of farming. Check In to the Eco Resort. Overnight at hotel

After breakfast hike down to Panauti (2 hrs) . A typical Newali village in the confluence of two holy rivers. Visit Panauti village. Drive to Bhaktapur ( Bhadgaon). Bhaktapur means: "The city of devotees". Bhadgaon was founded in the 9th century and is shaped like a conch shell. ‘Jyapu’ – Traditional Newari farmers live in the highest number in this town which is a UNESCO world Heritage site and known as an Open Museum. After breakfast drive to Chitwan ( 165 km / 5.5 hrs). Check in to Jungle Lodge. Afternoon : visit Institute of Agriculture and Animal Science ( IAAS), Rampur. This was founded as a school of Agriculture in 1957 to train Junior Technical Assistants ( JTAs). Overnight at hotel

After breakfast: visit to Dairy chilling plant & seed Distribution Company. After lunch, Jungle activities including Elephant back safari in community forest and jungle walk in the National Park. Overnight at hotel

Drive from Pokhara ( 165 km / 5 hrs). Visiting Bandipur en route. Large coach can not go to Bandipur hence we use local mini buses for the distance of 16 km ( round trip) from the highway to visit Bandipur and experience local way of travelling. Bandipur, ancient hilly town, is a treasure waiting to be discovered by travellers. Situated at an altitude of 1,005 meters, this ancient trading post lies cradled in the saddle of some of the country's most peculiar-shaped hills. Overnight at hotel

Day excursion to Lumle - Hill Reserch farm centre and animal Husbandry / Dairy project.Also visit the Tibetan camp and local market ( time permitting). Overnight at hotel.

Morning : Excursion to Sarankot to view Annapurna range of Mountains. A short hiking is possible if interested. Afternoon : Fly Pokhara / Kathmandu ( 30 minutes). Transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel

Morning : visit DDC (www.dairydev.com.np) which is a major supplier of dairy products to Nepalese market. Also visit Himalayan French Cheese (http://himalayanfrenchcheese.over-blog.com/) located 8 km north of Kathmandu just below Shivapuri National Park is a unique model of French and Nepali farmers joint venture. Afternoon : visit of Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. Boudhanath has all seeing eyes of Buddha and believed to be built by King Mandeva. Farewell dinner at a speciality Nepalese Restaurant with cultural dance show. Overnight at hotel
